“Karsten came and replaced 2 door sweeps. He was competent and efficient. He also was good at communicating. It felt easy for me to trust him inside my home, etc. One extra note: he charged me slightly LESS than the estimate, since the work ended up being completed in less time than he had anticipated. Too often an estimate can feel like a minimum - I appreciated this very much. This was my first time calling Hero Pro Services, but I expect to use them in the future.”
