Accessibility Statement

Last updated May 7, 2026.

Hero Pro Services is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We work to make our website usable for everyone, including visitors who rely on assistive technologies.

Our standard

We design and build to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive limitations.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and form labels.
  • Keyboard-navigable interactive elements with visible focus indicators.
  • Alt text on informative images; decorative images marked accordingly.
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG AA thresholds across body text and controls.
  • Skip-to-content link for screen-reader and keyboard users.
  • Responsive layouts that work across screen sizes and zoom levels.

Ongoing review

We test our site with automated accessibility scanners and manual review during every release cycle. We also welcome feedback from real users, accessibility is a moving target, and we'd rather hear about a barrier than have it sit unfixed.

Third-party content

Some elements of our site, including embedded forms, video players, and maps, come from third parties. We do our best to choose vendors with strong accessibility practices, but we don't directly control the accessibility of third-party content.

Tell us if something is broken

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please let us know. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.

Please describe the page URL, the specific issue, and the assistive technology or browser you're using. That helps us reproduce and fix the problem quickly.
