Must-haves
What we're looking for.

Trade experience
Hands-on background in one or more of: handyman, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or related trades.

Servant-minded
You lead with a servant's heart. You treat homeowners like neighbors and teammates like family.

Strong communicator
You speak clearly, write clean texts and reports, and keep clients informed at every step. Good grammar matters.

Professional on-site
Uniform tucked in, truck stocked, driveway swept. Details are the standard, not a surprise.
Hard nos
What won't fly here.
- Profanity in the workplace or on the phone with clients
- Poor grammar or careless written communication with homeowners
