“Karsten came and replaced 2 door sweeps. He was competent and efficient. He also was good at communicating. It felt easy for me to trust him inside my home, etc. One extra note: he charged me slightly LESS than the estimate, since the work ended up being completed in less time than he had anticipated. Too often an estimate can feel like a minimum - I appreciated this very much. This was my first time calling Hero Pro Services, but I expect to use them in the future.”

“Karsten did a great job on a small, but tricky broken door frame, and he didn’t leave until it was right. I am happy with the prompt service, easy and honest communication, good price, and quality work. We will call Hero Pro again!”

Frequently asked questions
- Can you install a heavy chandelier in a two-story foyer?
- Yes. We provide proper structural bracing and (when needed) a motorized chandelier lift for tall foyers in Belle Meade, West End, and Green Hills homes. Most projects are completed in a single visit.
- Do I need a permit to install lighting in Nashville?
- Most fixture-for-fixture swaps don't require a permit. New circuits, panel upgrades, and outdoor lighting on dedicated circuits do. We handle Metro Nashville Codes permitting when required.
- Do you work with interior designers?
- Yes. We're comfortable coordinating with designers on specification, scheduling, and on-site walk-throughs. Common collaboration on Belle Meade and Forest Hills projects.
- Can you integrate lighting with my smart-home setup?
- Yes. Lutron, Control4, Crestron, Savant, HomeKit, and similar. We install switches and drivers that pair cleanly with your existing platform.
- Do you supply the fixtures or do I provide them?
- Either. Most clients purchase the fixtures themselves (often through their designer or a showroom). We can also source through trade accounts when that's helpful.
