“Karsten came and replaced 2 door sweeps. He was competent and efficient. He also was good at communicating. It felt easy for me to trust him inside my home, etc. One extra note: he charged me slightly LESS than the estimate, since the work ended up being completed in less time than he had anticipated. Too often an estimate can feel like a minimum - I appreciated this very much. This was my first time calling Hero Pro Services, but I expect to use them in the future.”

“Karsten did a great job on a small, but tricky broken door frame, and he didn’t leave until it was right. I am happy with the prompt service, easy and honest communication, good price, and quality work. We will call Hero Pro again!”

Frequently asked questions
- Can you handle very large or heavy chandeliers in Brentwood foyers?
- Yes. We install oversized chandeliers (often 100–300 lb) with proper structural bracing and offer motorized lifts for the very tall foyers common in Governors Club and Witherspoon. Lifts make future cleaning and bulb changes safe and routine.
- Do you coordinate with my interior designer?
- Yes — common collaboration on Brentwood projects. We work to specifications, attend on-site walks, and handle the technical side so the designer can focus on the design.
- Can you do whole-home smart-lighting upgrades?
- Yes. Lutron RA3 and HomeWorks are our most common Brentwood whole-home installs. We design the keypad layout, install all dimmers, and program the scenes.
- How long does a whole-home lighting upgrade take?
- Most Brentwood whole-home lighting projects run 1–3 weeks on-site, depending on home size and how much of the work is rough-in versus retrofit.
- Do you handle Williamson County permitting?
- Yes. We pull permits for new circuits, panel work, and outdoor lighting where required and coordinate inspections directly with the county.
