“Karsten came and replaced 2 door sweeps. He was competent and efficient. He also was good at communicating. It felt easy for me to trust him inside my home, etc. One extra note: he charged me slightly LESS than the estimate, since the work ended up being completed in less time than he had anticipated. Too often an estimate can feel like a minimum - I appreciated this very much. This was my first time calling Hero Pro Services, but I expect to use them in the future.”

“Very satisfied! Always honest and professional! They are respectful of my time and money. I will continue to be a repeat customer. I was not paid for this review; I think I've done 5 reviews over the past 15 years. They have earned every star in this review!”

“Karsten did a great job on a small, but tricky broken door frame, and he didn’t leave until it was right. I am happy with the prompt service, easy and honest communication, good price, and quality work. We will call Hero Pro again!”
