“Karsten came and replaced 2 door sweeps. He was competent and efficient. He also was good at communicating. It felt easy for me to trust him inside my home, etc. One extra note: he charged me slightly LESS than the estimate, since the work ended up being completed in less time than he had anticipated. Too often an estimate can feel like a minimum - I appreciated this very much. This was my first time calling Hero Pro Services, but I expect to use them in the future.”

“Karsten did a great job on a small, but tricky broken door frame, and he didn’t leave until it was right. I am happy with the prompt service, easy and honest communication, good price, and quality work. We will call Hero Pro again!”

Frequently asked questions
- Can you work in the Historic Downtown Franklin preservation district?
- Yes. We work within Historic Zoning Commission guidelines and preserve original casing, brick mold, and sash where required. We can also coordinate the HZC approval process for exterior changes that need review.
- Do you handle Westhaven and Berry Farms HOA approvals?
- Yes. Both communities have architectural review requirements for visible exterior changes. We submit the documentation and coordinate the approval ahead of any install.
- Do you do interior door swaps too?
- Yes. Solid-core interior swaps, pre-hung passage doors, barn doors, and pocket doors. Common upgrade as part of broader interior remodels in Cool Springs and Ladd Park homes.
